Booth Registration:
The 4th of July Booths are now taking applications. Preference will be given to residents of Huntsville Town proper on a first come basis until May 1st. After that time applications will be open to all interested parties. There will be no duplication of booths, given our small venue. Space and power are limited. Huntsville Town reserves the right to sell drinks. To reserve space, Please email: Huntsvilletown4th@gmail.com An application will be emailed to you. No applications for booths will be accepted after June 30th 2013. No exceptions. You will need your:
Tax ID number and pay your fee and deposit.
Food booths are $100 with a $50 refundable deposit.
Please write two checks. Your un-cashed check will be returned to you if your space is in good condition.
There is no booth fee for non-profit organizations but an application is still required.
