Town Council Meeting 7-16-20

Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold it's regular Town Council Meeting and a Work Session on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at The Mercantile, 7390 East 200 South. This building will allow us to social distance and be able to meet in person. The public is welcome. the meeting will also be held on Zoom. The invitation for the meeting is below. A public hearing will be held at the Huntsville Park, East Bowery on July 30, 2020 at 7 p.m. The hearing is in regards to edits made to 15.6.2 - Use Regulations in an R-1 Zone. Various edits are being proposed. The Planning Commission would like to hear from residents on their opinions of the edits. They would also like to hear public comments in regards to the "no nightly rentals" in Huntsville (which are covered in this ordinance) as well as the ordinance definitions defining one house for one building lot.
